About us

A STEM team from southern Chile that was on site before writing the software.

Civil engineering, computer science and science, from southern Chile. We started by watching how an inspection form really gets filled in —with gloves on, no signal and the shift bearing down— and built the product from there.

Where the product comes from

The starting point was not a feature list: it was a paper form, the one the site already uses. That decision explains almost everything else, including what the product is measured against: paper, not another application.

We operate in Concepción, Chile, where the product is born and most of the team is, and in Atlanta, United States, where the North American company operates.

How we work

We publish what can be checked and say what cannot yet. Under Security and data every answer carries its source; under How we measure are the six limits of our own measurement, written in plain view.

Three milestones, dated, and the next one

  1. Winners of Gearbox’s 7th Gear Challenge

    Angel investment · Chris Klaus

    The starting point. PAIR wins the 7th Gear Challenge, with a US$ 25,000 prize, and with it come Chris Klaus’s angel investment and a place in Fusen World’s acceleration programme. It is what turns a prototype proven on site into a company.

  2. Atlanta: the ecosystem, up close

    A week in Atlanta with Fusen World: direct feedback on the product, mentoring and training, and work sessions at the accelerator’s founders’ house. It is where PAIR stops thinking of itself only for Chile and starts thinking for two countries.

  3. First place at Startup Biobío 2026

    From May to September, a long process with dozens of companies from the region. In the final on 2 September PAIR takes first place. The prize is an internationalisation trip to New York and Miami in October.
