It was sprayed Tuesday at dawn. The field logbook, on Sunday.
Field logbook, Lobesia trap, packing shift, well meter reading and seasonal crew. PAIR digitises those same forms exactly as they are, fills them with no signal out in the block and inside the packhouse, and puts a coordinate and the capture time on every photo.
What happens today
- The sprayer operator leaves before dawn and the field logbook gets filled in the office at the weekend, from memory: fifteen fields, and the pre-harvest interval worked out in somebody’s head.
- The monitor checks forty traps with a notebook and a printed map, and the trap is called “the one in the north corner of block 7”.
- The Pre-SIF is put together by hand half an hour before the line starts, and the day there is an interception nobody can say which block that box came from.

- The photo of the totaliser with its coordinate and its time, the values proposed by the system for someone to review before saving, and a totaliser that goes down caught by range validation.

- The crew leader, at the harvest front.
- What is left
- Attendance signed out in the block, with names and national IDs masked according to who is looking, on export too, and unmasking that demands a written reason.

The SAG requires things by resolution and by instruction, and that changes every season: we cite none of them here, because we did not verify them article by article. Only what we did verify goes in, and PAIR neither represents the SAG nor carries its endorsement.
