Terms of service

These terms govern the use of this website. Use of the PAIR product is additionally governed by the services agreement signed with each customer, which prevails over this text where they conflict.
Who provides the service
PAIR SERVICES CHILE SPA, Chilean tax ID 78.467.554-8, domiciled at Colocolo 379, oficina 306, Concepción, Chile.
What this site is
pair.cl is PAIR’s informational website. It describes the product and lets you request a demo. It is not the application: access to the product uses the credentials issued on contracting.
The performance figures published here state what sample they were measured on and what falls outside that measurement. What you can require is what the services agreement you sign sets out.
Who owns the data you load into the product
Your organisation. The records, forms, photographs, signatures and reports you load into PAIR are yours, and remain yours.
We process them solely to provide the contracted service, on your instructions, and we do not use them for any purpose of our own.
How you leave
Records export in their original format, with their attachments and their PDF documents. Leaving does not depend on continuing to pay, and we do not charge for exporting.
Price and billing
The published price is per seat per month, in United States dollars, with a minimum of three users. The annual plan takes ten per cent off the monthly price.
The per-seat price and the included capture pool are published on the pricing page. The peso amount is calculated at the exchange rate on the invoice date.
What we do not do
PAIR produces the documentary evidence that safety and data protection regulations require. It does not certify compliance with any standard, does not file anything with regulators, and does not replace the official books or records the law requires you to keep in their own form.
The time the product records is the capture and approval time, set by the server clock. It does not constitute an electronic timestamp issued by an accredited provider under article 5 of Chile’s Law 19.799.
Intellectual property
The PAIR trademark, the logo, the software and the contents of this site belong to the company named above, except for third-party material identified as such.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Chilean law. Any dispute is submitted to the ordinary courts of justice seated in the city of Concepción.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we publish the new version on this page with its date. If the change affects something you have already contracted, we tell you by email to the account address before it takes effect.
Two things do not change with an update to this page: the records you load are yours, and exporting them costs nothing and does not depend on your still being a customer. If we ever propose changing that, it will be with your signature and not with a new version of this text.
