The plant is the client's. The proof has to be yours.
Your people work inside someone else’s plant, with that someone else’s form and with no signal. PAIR digitises each client company’s form exactly as it is — same letterhead, same checkboxes — it gets filled on their plant plan, and the approval carries the server’s timestamp.
What happens today
- Five client companies, five formats for the same job: one wants a before-and-after photo, the next wants the notification number, the third sends an Excel file with macros. In the office someone’s whole job is transcribing.
- The monthly progress payment stalls because the evidence for one line item is missing, and the argument with the client’s contract administrator runs by email, with loose photos that do not say where or when they were taken.
- Everything was uploaded to the client’s portal. The day the contract ends the access ends, and the proof of what you did stays on the other side.

What they demand of you from the other side, and where it comes from
The special rules your client company applies to you do not come out of nowhere: they come out of article 66 bis. No program enforces those rules. What a program can do is make sure the evidence exists, is dated, and does not have to be reconstructed.
