What makes a routine inspection fall apart

The routine gets done, but the paper gets wet, gets folded and ends up in a folder nobody opens until somebody asks for it.
Transcription into the spreadsheet happens in batches, days later, and that is where half the value is lost: the data arrives late and without a photo.

A routine inspection is worth what its continuity is worth. What you show is not the last one: it is the whole series, with no gaps.
